CREATIVITY: Lars is a guy I had not heard of before he entered the contest and I regret that. He has very enjoyable vibes in his videos.

Considering his entry I was stunned! It was something very unique and NEW he did there. Just as his entry's soundtrack, it was "ALL WE NEED". As far as I know almost everyone including me aims to go for creativity/moves with some good music and so did Lars BUT for the first time I was seeing a cardestroy video filled with creativity, craziness and lyrics. Yes LYRICS of a particular song cut/written on cards. That was something I've never seen before, really unique and intriguing work!

HIGHLIGHTS: The part where he's holding the cards in a hands that says "All-We-Need-Need" was definitely one of the highlight for me. Love how the card with "All" written on it rotates, 'A' becomes 'E' and then there's "We" and a flick change completing the lyrics, just incredible!

Also love the last thing where he snaps his fingers and the card rotates travelling all the way down in a spiral motion.

FEEL: The feel of the video was as best as it could possibly be, very jolly vibes.

CREATIVITY: Who doesn't know Aviv?! 'Beast' is his middle name. He is really consistent and dope with his creativity in cardistry throughout the past few years already but this time he did manage to nail the cardestroy scenario too. I've never seen him doing cardestroy before but when he did, I was shaken!

Considering his entry there was a lot of incredible content! Also I was amazed to see his moves. The moves were more 'flourishy' and not just short unfinished moves. I Like the one where he makes 3 rhombuses one handed looking like the face of a frog. He has amazing potential. Really great  work on almost all the moves and great approach to cardestroy, way to go!

HIGHLIGHTS: There was a lot of good stuff but one of the highlights for me was where there are cards folded from both the ends vertically to make 'hooks' sort of a thing connecting each other and BAM! there is an elastic action on the chain of cards bringing it back to its initial position, that's brilliant!

FEEL: Feel of the video was also at its best, perfect quality of the video and editing was on point with ultra creative vibes.

FIRST ENTRY

SECOND ENTRY

CREATIVITY: This guy is just CRAZY with his creativity and his potential to create is simply amazing! After cardestroy was discovered, he was the first one to attempt it and he amazed me by the ideas he showed in one of his videos "A Dream within a Dream - Cardestroy". To see that video, click here.

He did well in the previous cardestroy contest too. Considering his first entry to this contest, there was some of the best content out there and something I've never seen before. Love how he makes a sort of a track for the card ball and suddenly the ball jumps on the track, tossing it track to track. And the one at last has some really sweet mechanism. When I thought it couldn't get any better, it did.

He then drops his second entry, proving his ability to create is overwhelming. The unique stuff like when he uses the box and its plastic to lift those cubes in a diagonal arrangement got me like "DUDE! That's what I'm looking for!"

HIGHLIGHTS: Highlight for me from his first entry has to be the ball with a track thing and highlight for me from his second entry was the one where he uses the card box and its plastic to lift those cubes in a diagonal arrangement.

FEEL: Feel of the video was as good as the content, on point. Great quality and neat edit.

CREATIVITY: Joe puts great efforts while creating, his work upon ideas/stuff is just fascinating to watch! Considering his entry, he had a great creative approach towards cardestroy. He displayed some of the simplest yet awesome concepts in his entry. In other words, simplicity at its best.

HIGHLIGHTS: Highlight for me was the first move where there are 2 cards winded up to each other forming a pentagon that while pulling from both the ends, rotates. That was really awesome!

FEEL: No complains in the feel of the video at all, he looked well upon it. Good quality video and sleek editing.

CLAIRE FOURNIER

FRANCE

CREATIVITY: Claire's entry was a great one. Fully filled with descend ideas and also color changes, proving the possibility of magic with cardestroy. Some of the ideas were really interesting to watch, like the part where she uses a book with folds was something new. Also creating a telescope sort of a thing was fresh.

HIGHLIGHTS: For me the highlight has to be the first thing where she rotates the triangular arrangement of folds and it expands into a bigger triangle.

FEEL: Feel of the video was amazing, good quality and editing but somehow I felt that the soundtrack she used could have been better. But regarding creativity, amazing stuff.

CREATIVITY: James is a creative guy, I have to say! Considering his entry, I could see there was a lot going on at once. One word to express it is "conceptual". Although I really wish to see him using other kind of folds while creating in future. BUT he did managed to nail that particular fold in his entry.

HIGHLIGHTS: One of the highlights in his entry for me was the first move as I could see there was a lot going on.

FEEL: Feel of the video was on point! I really enjoyed it. The complexity of the moves couldn't have been explicable without the feel of the video.

CREATIVITY: Mario is kind of a funny yet super creative guy. He did managed to do great in the previous contest. Considering his entry to this contest, the expanding triangle thing was my hero. And then he flips a fold and it lands on the top perfectly forming triangular structure... I was totally blown away by that, simply brilliant!

HIGHLIGHTS: The expanding triangle thing has to be an highlight for me.

FEEL: The feel of the video was ok. The quality of the video and the editing work was not that special but the creativity balanced it for me.

CREATIVITY: Jacques's entry was a very conceptual one. Some of the moves were having a great mechanical approach. Like the one where he has a setup of cards that, when he drops it on the table, it forms an interesting arrangement of folds. It felt like everything is falling into place. A unique idea to bring cards from hands to the table.

HIGHLIGHTS: The part where he is having a really interesting structure in his hand looking like a 'Plus' sign that in a moment rotates/winds up forming a 'Minus' sign was the highlight for me.

FEEL: The quality of the video was not that good but it doesn't mean the feels were bad. The feel of the video was really sick!
